Noah has suppressed his urges for other men for years, but when a sexy bartender comes crashing into his life, all bets are off.
Due to his career as a lawyer and his father’s strict ways, Noah has always ignored the side of him that craves the touch of another man, not wanting to upset the calm waters of his life. But when he’s out one night celebrating his friend’s first win in a courtroom, Noah is taken aback by the raw lust that consumes him when he meets Shea. He wants to ignore what he feels for the man, but when Shea introduces a tantalizing side of sex that Noah has been dreaming of, he finds it impossible to keep Shea out of his life.
Shea’s been heartbroken before by a man who wouldn’t come out of the closet for him, and he doesn’t think he can go through that again. Can Noah let go of his fears of coming out to the world? Will the pleasures Shea gives him in the bedroom have Noah seeing what really matters in the long run?

Noah had paused a moment to take in his surroundings when Tate pushed him farther toward the bar. Never in his twenty-eight years had he ever thought he’d be in a place like this. The bar was dimly lit and smoky. The music was loud and the crowd danced everywhere they could. Noah kept his hands close, afraid to touch anything, because who knew when the place had last been cleaned. He sneered as his friend pushed him along, his feet sticking to the hardwood floors. When they finally reached the bar, Tate squeezed in beside him, bouncing in place as he was clearly excited.
“Isn’t this great?” his friend yelled over the loud rock band playing on stage.
Noah frowned. “My ass has been grabbed at least three times in the two minutes that we’ve been here.”
Tate laughed and threw his arm around Noah’s shoulders. “Like I said, isn’t this great?”
Noah wasn’t sure about that. He wouldn’t deny that he didn’t mind getting his ass grabbed by a beautiful woman, but the women here were far less than what he was used to. He and Tate were no strangers to the bar scene—they went out practically every Saturday night—but their outings tended to take place in better thought of clubs around the city, not dingy dives like this place. Noah was used to flashing strobe lights, girls that sparkled in their vibrant outfits and drinks that were made by the highest quality liquors. He and Tate never held back when they went out. They’d spend more money in one evening at a club than most people made in a week. Noah had a feeling that the chances of him getting a vodka tonic made with actual Grey Goose was as likely as him getting it in a clean glass. Even though the band was playing one of his favorite songs, this place was definitely not what he was used to.
As one of Chicago’s top lawyers, and son to the renowned Nathan Montgomery of the Montgomery and Grey law firm, Noah was expected to uphold a more sophisticated persona and lifestyle. This place, Lou’s, if he remembered correctly—how cliché is that!—definitely didn’t fit in that category. His mother would probably have a heart attack if she knew he was here.
Even though Noah didn’t really like the place himself, tonight they were celebrating Tate’s first big win with the firm, and this was his friend’s favorite bar. Tate Fairfield came from a more blue-collar background. His family struggled some, but lived okay. If it wasn’t for his good grades and scholarship, Tate would most likely never have made it this far. He and Tate had become fast friends, and with a few whispers in his father’s ear, Noah had managed to get Tate climbing the corporate ladder in record time. Of course, he’d never tell his friend that. Tate really did work hard and was an excellent lawyer, but Noah’s father and his partner, Mr. Grey, were stubborn old blue-bloods and picky as hell, so Noah had decided to help.
Hey everyone, I'm Jen and I'm an author of M/M erotic romance. I love M/M romance, both reading and writing it—seriously, what's better than a sexy man... Two sexy men! You can't go wrong there. Though I do dabble in a little bit of M/F romance, my main passion will always be smutting it up with men, men and more men. I try to dedicate as much of my free time to writing as I can—ha! What free time?—but if I’m not typing away on my laptop, you’ll find me with my nose buried in a book, or with my loving fiancé debating on what movie to watch and the never-ending back and forth decision of what to have for dinner. I love spending time with my family and fiancé, cuddling with my dog and two cats, and laughing as much as possible—’cause I like to think I'm funny!
Some little tidbits about me are—I love animals of all sorts, I have a really big sweet-tooth, and I've been told I like to talk with my hands (insert hand gestures here).
