Bubbles and Troubles is an enjoyable tale. I loved Carmen. She makes no bones about what she wants and finds a way to make it happen. Brock as Carmen says needs to grow up! Bubbles and Troubles throw together lots of lore and makes it work in a madcap tale to save Prescott Woods.
