I must say that I absolutely loved the way in which Ryder and Maarten discovered they were mates. While Ryder might not understand the significance of being mates, he has no problem responding to the sexual attraction between him and Maarten and wastes no time getting down to business. Yowser!  I thoroughly enjoyed Revenge and cannot wait to see what Bradford has in store for the Southwestern Shifters in Reluctance.

This fast paced and smooth flowing plot keeps readers on their toes with lots of action, suspense and passion.  The well written scenes and details capture the imagination making it easy for the reader to picture the story as it happens and the well orchestrated suspense and action is believable and exciting. The strong compelling characters of the Southwestern Pack continue to charm readers and ensure that they are caught up in their stories.

No spoilers!! I really love this series and this book was no exception. It had it all! It kept me guessing, grossed me out, was incredibly sexy, and has me eager for the next book! Right now I feel like there HAS to be at least another two. :) Pretty Please. I don't feel like this is a book about one couple, it's an episode in a greater series. The new pairing of Ryder and Maarten works for me, a lot. I am eager to see how their lives and mating are impacted by new responsibilities. A new character and another mating... I want their story sooo bad! My tear ducts are filling in preparation for that story! And Sissy... she's fantastic! I about died... well, you hafta read to find out why. :) Marcus and Nathan. *sigh* I was thrilled to find that they played such a large part in this story. I will always want more of them. They are my favorite mating in this series. Their struggles to overcome baddies was brutal and fierce and kept me on the edge of my seat. The author did an excellent job scaring the bejesus out of me - that I was gonna lose one of my boys! I highly recommend this series!

While reading this book, there were parts that I couldn't stop laughing at; yes Maarten has a great sense of humor! Parts where I was almost in tears and parts where I was wondering what Bailey was thinking when she was writing! One thing that I did really enjoy about this book and the series in general, is with each book in the series, you learn more and more about the characters in the series. She does it in a way without it taking away from the main characters of that book. I did enjoy the fight scenes that were in this book as well. Bailey's mind works in a way that she thinks to include what may seem like details that others would overlook, but they add to the story in an amazing way. The world that Bailey has created is an amazing one that once you get started in the series, you join the ones waiting for the next book. This is one of my favorite series from her, but I do have to say whole heartily, that out of this series, this book is my favorite!! I can't wait for more to come from the mind of Bailey!

Nothing is ever as it seems, and when it comes to this book everything changes once the two meet. Awesomely written and amazingly sweet book about two people that never thought they would find someone that is perfect for them.

If you like the international pack politics of this series, if you want to know what's going on in Marcus and Nathan's world and how the changes in Europe affect the North American situation, and if you're looking for a read that will give you adventure, love, and some very hot man-on-man action for two very different couples, then you will probably like this novel as much as I did.

I wondered how the author planned to get the series back to America and having Maarten go on a diplomatic mission for his brother is the perfect answer...there are plenty of emotions...a satisfying ending and I look forward to the next book.
