This book captured me from page one and by the end I was desperate for book two. The characters are engaging, there is drama and sexy cowboys. I love that the main characters Shane and Dub had to decide what would work for them in their relationship had nothing to do with anyone else's idea of a relationship. There is something so appealing in their honesty with each other and how they understand each other better for the mistakes they have already made. I am so eager to see what happens next in this series.Review by SAM
A new western series by Carol Lynne is off to a promising start with "Cowboy Pride." The adventures on the Rocking W ranch are well set up to begin with the established relationship of Dub and Shane. As usual with Lynne, there's always room for move whether it be in bed or in books. Lynne sets herself up well for a spin off success as she did with Good Time Boys, Cattle Valley, and Mossy Glen. This is a series to watch out for. I anticipate many good things for Buck Wild.
