This was a really sweet short story. I liked Angelo and Dominic together. They had such strong feelings for each other so quickly I couldn’t help but root for them right from the beginning.

This is a very quick read, but manages to pack in a lot of story – and hope. It is moving, sensual and cute, and has a properly meaningful title. Although the paranormal elements are key to the plot, it is also just the start of a great romance between two guys.
Perfect break time reading. Thank you Ms. Rhodes.

This is a short but detail filled story. There is everything in here that you would want or need in a novella - enough backstory so you know what's going on without drowning in it, steam between the main two, plenty of interesting and quirky secondary characters, and an overall story arc. Well-written and with a smooth pace, there were no editing or grammatical errors that I found. This was one enjoyable read from start to finish, and Devon Rhodes is definitely an author to look out for. I would like to read more from her. Recommended.

A Sliver of Sunset had a lot of intensity that left me blushing. This was my first Devon Rhodes book and if they are all like this I will definitely be reading more of her books later. What I enjoyed about this book is that it had some sweet spots to balance out the heat. The secondary characters were great and fun to read about.
Overall, a nice, steamy read to spice up any part of the day.

This was a completely different take on the shifter story and I really, really liked it. Angelo and Dominic have a HAWT (HAWT is much hotter than your regular run-of-the-mill hot) one night stand. I enjoyed every word. I liked how the story was about a completely different kind of battle than what we usually read about.
