So glad we finally got Kyle's story & Luka is a perfect match for him. So much goodness packed into the pages of this story, it's heartbreaking at times, you'll laugh, you'll cry, but mostly you'll smile. Yes, its heartbreaking but its also heartwarming. Each entry in Speakeasy is a standalone but as characters pop up I found it made Luka & Kyle's story flow better knowing everyone's tale but its not a neccessity but because of the ménage/mmmm scene in this story I highly recommend reading Extra Dirty to learn how Jesse & Cam fell in love but you won't be lost if you don't read the series as it was released.

Behind The Stick is the third book in the Speakeasy series. While characters cross over from one story to the next, each can be read as a standalone. This ditty is told in the third person, simple past tense, from the viewpoints of Kyle and Luka. There are a couple of dated chapters, but to be honest, their addition to the timeline is ineffective, other than to give the reader an idea of which year everything happens.
