Special Delivery is a fun take on the uncool high school kid who crushes on an unavailable cool kid. What I liked most about the story is how Valentine’s Day turned out for Jack, thanks to Tan’s thoughtfulness. I can relate to Bryan’s dislike of the holiday in Valentine’s Day Blues. Ben is a genuinely decent human being and provides a nice balance for Bryan who is more impulsive. The Moment is set in New Zealand. As an oenophile, it is fun to read stories set in the wine industry and I’ve not read one set in the NZ wine business. The Disheveled Duke was totally a fantastical fairy tale. It put a big smile on my face it was just so improbable and fun!

A great little anthology for these authors. Some authors I hadn’t read before and really liked them. This has a mixed bag of stories all evolving around February the 14th of love. ( * marked are those authors I hadn’t read before) 1.* Special Delivery - Ellen Mint... A great story told from Jacks Pov. Second chances love found again. Jack was crushing on Tan since there high school days. Now he's walks into Jack's flower shop. 2. Valentines Day Blues - JP Bowie A great short story.. included with both povs. Bryan and Ben story Bryan hates valentine's day. He meets Officer Ben when he’s attacked. 3*. The Moment - Phelaam Fantastic story.. I loved the the ending. Jason is set up for a blind date. 4. The Dishevelled Duke - Catherine Curzon & Eleanor Harkstead The last hours for love, loved it. Billy has a admirer at the café as Charlie was a regular customer but he was going away.
