Review by Victoria Golby
Layla is needing a break after everything that’s happened, and her mother showing up after being dead for 15 years, so jumps at the chance to help clean up a cabin resort by a lake with her men. But being able to relax ends up being the last thing they can think about with Mr White/Conquest after them. This one is told from the POV of all members of Layla’s coven and I particularly liked the humour and rivelry between the men, despite their shared love for Layla which has them working together. It was also great seeing Garavel/Gary starting to become more human in expressing his feelings, and his kitten Fiona who’s always with him. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
