The Sanctuary trilogy follows the events that occur within the Chambers Dog Sanctuary, a no-kill shelter for dogs, but also for canine shapeshifters who like to run in their dog skins rather than confine themselves to their human skins.
In addition, it offers a safe haven for the occasional werewolf, witch, vampire or other supernatural creature. Things can get a little complicated, especially for Renee Chambers, the ordinary human who runs it.
But all the trials and tribulations are well worth it for a little piece of land and a little peace of mind, a sanctuary for all those who need it.
